International mobilities for teacher-researchers and administrative staff

As university staff, there are many opportunities open to you. There are a number of ways in which you can go abroad. For each of them, we offer you a legal framework and hosting conditions tailored to your situation.

The University has numerous cooperation agreements with international institutions that facilitate exchanges of lecturers, researchers and post-doctoral fellows. The Doctoral Schools and Research Laboratories regularly welcome lecturers, researchers and post-docs.

International mobilities for the University of Lille's staff

Erasmus+

All staff at the University of Lille may, subject to certain conditions, take part in the European Erasmus+ programme to undertake teaching assignments or undertake training at partner European universities.

Teaching: Two calls for applications are issued each year. The duration of the funded mobility period is one week, comprising a minimum of 8 hours of teaching.
Training: The programme offers all staff the opportunity to undertake a 2- to 5-day mobility placement at a higher education institution partnered with the University of Lille.

Staff Weeks

It is also possible to take part in a staff week organised by an institution in Europe. A search engine is available via the link: http://staffmobility.eu/staff-week-search.

English Immersion

The University of Lille also offers a two-week immersion programme in England, to take part in intensive English language courses in July. The call for applications is launched in February, in conjunction with the staff training department.
