Since its opening in September 2019, the services offered by the Maison Internationale have expanded each year, with the presence of various university services as well as the valuable contributions of its external partners.
Le CROUS
The international service of CROUS welcomes international students, assists them with any challenges they face upon arrival in France, and helps them settle in by guiding them to the relevant services, accommodation, and handling administrative procedures. The service processes all requests for admission to university residences made by international students.

L.I.S.A Association
The student association L.I.S.A (Lille International Students Association) is hosted at the Maison Internationale.
L.I.S.A manages the Ressourcerie, which aims to help and support international students at the University of Lille based on a simple principle.
Students or staff at the University who wish to part with items they no longer use can visit the Ressourcerie to donate them. The items can vary, ranging from kitchen utensils to bed linens to small furniture. The Ressourcerie then collects these items and redistributes them to international students who need them.
This project is part of an eco-friendly and community-driven initiative that promotes recycling.
The opening hours are the same as those of the Maison Internationale: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Bilingual English-French Psychologist
At the Maison Internationale, we welcome a bilingual English-French psychologist from the Maison de la Médiation at the University of Lille every Wednesday afternoon.

CAF and CPAM Office Hours
Need help with your administrative procedures or facing a challenging situation? Good news! You can meet directly with a representative from CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales) and CPAM (Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie) at the Maison Internationale.

Work and IT Space
The Maison Internationale has a computer room equipped with around ten computers and scanners. This room is open to all students who wish to conduct research or study.
University Store
The University of Lille shop, with a showroom at the Maison Internationale, offers a range of university-branded products: clothing, accessories, school supplies, and everyday items. It is also possible to try on the clothing collection in person before placing an order online.
