Together with the member of teaching staff responsible for traineeships on your course at the University of Lille, as well as the host organization abroad, agree on the specific content and procedures for the overseas traineeship period and include the details in the traineeship agreement.
This agreement must indicate the location of the traineeship, its duration, the activities to be carried out with the description of the trainee’s role, rights and undertakings as well as the anticipated learning outcomes and number of ECTS credits that must be validated. It should also indicate the evaluation procedures and criteria to be applied in respect of the anticipated training outcomes.
A sample traineeship agreement is available on the University of Lille’s ENT platform under the heading "Gérer mes stages".
If changes need to be made to your traineeship agreement, you can draw up a rider. These changes must then be accepted as quickly as possible by the host organization.
In the event that changes relate to an extension of the mobility programme’s duration, the trainee must issue the request no later than one month before the anticipated end date.
There are various forms of financial assistance for students travelling abroad on a traineeship. The eligibility criteria include the destination, your profile and the duration of the mobility period.

Please complete step 1 and submit your international mobility request. Next, to complete step 2 (request for financial assistance), you must have step 1 validated by your international relations coordinator and/or the International Relations department at your faculty/school/institute.
Validation deadline for steps 1 and 2: final deadline before your traineeship start date.
Your request for financial assistance will be processed by the International Relations committee, which meets three times annually: December, February and June.
