Good news: after a successful first session last month, the 'Emotions in Motion' workshops will continue in March!

Studying abroad is a dream for most of us, but it can also bring its share of challenges. The excitement, joy and enchantment at the start of this journey can give way to other emotions that are just as important but less noble: frustration, anxiety and loneliness.

This workshop is designed for you, international student or PhD student, to help you identify and manage your emotions. Based on the principle that there are no bad emotions, you will be given a caring space to express yourself and give meaning to your international experience.

If you'd like to join us on this wonderful adventure, come along to the Maison Internationale on Monday March 11th at 5pm.
