Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is organizing its 10th Erasmus Staff Training Week from the 19th till the 23rd of October 2020 in Thessaloniki, Greece.

The main purpose of this event is to widen and strengthen the cooperation with our partner institutions, to share our different experiences, to facilitate networking and establishment of new partnerships.

The fifth ERASMUS+ Staff Week at the Hochschule Hannover - University of Applied Sciences and Arts is already open. The Staff Week themed "Diversity and Internationalization in Higher Education" will take place between 18 and 21 March 2019.

They offer:

• The opportunity to find out more about the Hochschule Hannover - University of Applied Sciences and Arts as well as the city of Hannover
• networking and meetings with colleagues from different areas of work
• workshops
• social and cultural activities

The working language during the week will be English.

We expect the delegates to cover travel and accommodation through the ERASMUS+ funds for staff mobility. Please feel free to contact me in case you should need a revised Inter-Institutional Agreement with your institution in order to allow your visit. Please do also let me know if you need the Mobility Agreements signed in advance.

The University of Modena in Italy is pleased to invite you to participate in the 4th International Week at Marco Biagi Department of Economics - University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It will take place from 7th to 9th May, 2018.

The members of the annual ICP- and CIDD- Meetings will be most welcomed in the same period. Both meetings are scheduled from 10th to 11th May, 2018.

It will be an opportunity for our international partners to give visiting lectures at our department,which will offer international insights to our students, by deepening their intercultural competencies and broadening their cultural horizons.

The main objective is therefore to strenghten teaching and staff partnerships in order to organize shared extracurricular activities and networking events and promote Erasmus teaching mobility.

Places are limited, so an early application would be greatly appreciated. English is the official language of all the events.

Certificates will be provided for our partners' lectures, seminars and activities.

The UMinho is very pleased to announce its UM_INT: UMinho INTernational Week which will be held between 13-16 May 2019.

This week is specifically designed for administrative staff and will focus on current features related to the practical issues within the International Cooperation sphere. Along the week, participants will have the opportunity to attend several sessions, seminars and workshops and actively participate in the programme through the presentation of selected topics.

The programme will provide an intercultural learning experience through diverse networking moments creating the ideal atmosphere for the exchange of know-how and best practices between the participants as well as interact with staff from the University of Minho. This International Staff Training Week is open to administrative staff from the following different areas:

• International Relations Office
• Documentation Services
• Teaching Support Office
• Academic Services
• Rector's Support Services

Each specific area will offer different paths in terms of seminars/workshops. Each participants can only choose one specific area from the 5 ones stated above.

The week will also include a social programme that includes cultural visits of the surrounding monuments.

The compulsory staff week registration fee is 150 EUR (non-refundable after payment) and includes: Useful kit; lunches and coffee-breaks; cultural visits; tour to the University facilities and infrastructures; and networking dinner on Tuesday.

The selection results will be launched shortly after the application deadlines and applicants will be informed individually by e-mail.

The list of accommodation options as well as other relevant useful information will be sent to all participants after the selection process is concluded.

HOGENT University College Ghent is delighted to invite you and your colleagues to the HOGENT International Week, held from 26 till 28 March 2019 in the medieval city of Ghent (Belgium).

This edition's central theme is 'Future-proof: Getting students and staff ready for a connected world'.

Enclosed you'll find the preliminary program with a mix of theme-oriented sessions, degree program-specific workshops and teaching opportunities in our Bachelor programs. You are welcome to either teach to our students in any of these study programs and/or attend or even give sessions for staff members in line with the central theme.
