The Erasmus Days were created in 2017 by the Erasmus+ Agency in France to celebrate the successes of the Erasmus program, which was launched in 1987. The 10th edition of this event will take place from October 12 to 17, 2026. For this edition, the University of Lille is organizing a full week of events centered on the theme of “skills” and invites the university community to come together to participate in these events that highlight the projects and opportunities offered by Erasmus+ at the university. For students, academics and researchers, administrative staff, and, more broadly, all citizens, the Erasmus Days offer a unique opportunity to promote the many benefits of the program, including international mobility, staff and academics training, and the development of European projects.

The Interphaz association, founded in 2007, is a social and solidarity economy organization recognized as a “Youth and Popular Education” organization.
Certified as an Europe Direct partner since 2018, Interphaz promotes debate on European Union policies and acts as a bridge between citizens and European institutions.
Three one-hour workshops are offered: you can register for both time slots to participate in two different activities.
- The 7 Families of the EU, to understand the various actors in the European Union and how they operate.
Inspired by the famous “7 Families” game, this team-based game challenges you to match the cards representing the different “families” related to the EU—from European institutions to political parties and treaties. It’s up to you to use strategy, observation, and memory to try to complete the 7 families! - The Giant EU World Map, to explore the cultural diversity and geography of the European Union’s member states.
In the form of a fun quiz, participants will choose images that match questions and try to earn as many points as possible based on their answers. Each image will then be placed on the world map to reveal, as the game progresses, the full diversity of Europe—but watch out for surprises… - The EU Timeline, an interactive timeline tracing the key events in the history of European integration.
Through a cooperative game inspired by “Guess the Head,” use your deductive skills and teamwork to identify the events assigned to you and place them in the correct spot on the timeline.
