International Mobility Grant

☑️ Eligibility : Any M1 and M2 students and PhD students who are registered in a Graduate Programme. Mobility can be carried out in foreign laboratories, foreign public and private institutions, archives, international organisations and other institutions relevant to the research or internship of students and PhD candidates.

⚠️ Participation in international conferences is not eligible.

⚠️ Participation in regional mobility in France is not eligible.

The scholarship can be renewed once ~

☑️ Grant allocation criteria: Coherence and relevance of the mobility project to the themes of the current Master or PhD programme ; Relevance of the mobility project to the applicant's current activity (internship or thesis) or professional career plan ; Quality and relevance of the host institution ; Quality and relevance of the applicant's academic record

☑️ up to 3000€*

*on the basis of a weekly fee of 150€

*payment in two steps: 70% on arrival at the place of mobility and 30% at the end of the mobility period, subject to presentation of the compulsory documents 

 

 

 

 

Guidelines for online application

Please read carefully the following guidelines 

  • The application form must be filled out in English or French
  • The online application form is divided into different steps, each associated with one page. All registration steps can be modified prior to final submission of the application (final step). 
  • Fully completed application must be submitted online before the deadline 
  • All the documents indicated as mandatory must be provided through the application form. 
  • If you submit more than one application, only the most recent one will be considered.
  • After submission of your application, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail (check your spam box if necessary).

Upload required documents

If you meet all the requirements and wish to apply for the Graduate Programme fellowships and relocation grants, the following list of documents should be attached to the application in PDF format:

  • Curriculum Vitae, detailing your education and degrees obtained (with indication of global grade average and rank when possible), your work experience including internships, certificates and awards, skills and any information that may help to assess your application.
  • Certified copy of your degree(s) (add an English translation if necessary) or certificate of registration from your university (for final year students)
  • Transcript of marks for the last two years. 
  • Copy of official language certificate showing English language skills
  • Passport (or valid identity document)
  • two reference letters by teachers or researchers who have spent some time with you. They should explain in which circumstances they have known you and then describe what they think are your qualities and strengths, and why they think we should award a scholarship to you.
  • Any other document you consider useful for the application

All the documents indicated as mandatory must be provided through the application form. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  If you are missing a mandatory document, please attach a text file explaining your situation.
